There are six main points to remove a headache.

  • Yingxiang Points: These points are located in line with the eyes on both sides of the nostrils. Find a dimple at the base of the cheekbones to find them. This helps with opening sinuses, reducing headache and toothache, and relieving stress.
  • Tian Zhu Points: The points are in the center, between the ear and the beginning of the spine, in the back of the head. Massaging these points helps alleviate nasal congestion, eye and ear pressure, severe headache, and migraine.
  • Shuai Gu Points: The Shuai gu points are located in the temple area 2-3 cm from the start of the hairline. To find this point, feel a little dimple. Pressure applied to this area relieves pain in the temporal region and fatigue of the eyes.
  • He Gu Points: These symmetrical points are between the thumb and forefinger on the back of the hand. Pressure in this region often relieves back pain, toothache and  tension in the neck muscles.
