1. Have confidence. Think about it. How did you ever think someone’s swag, looked cool, or was someone you’d like to hang out with, stutter and anxious all the time? Your confidence has to come from within. Just know you’ve got style, you’re worth it, and you’re not going to let anyone down you. If you really believe it, other people will too.
2. Walk tall. Make sure you’re proud and you’re walking high. When you hold your head up wherever you go, people will automatically feel confident in you, and people will notice you more.
3. Know what you’re talking about. There’s nothing worse than someone with all those big opinions who actually doesn’t have a darn clue about what they’re talking about. If you’re thinking you like a band or you want to talk politics or anything you choose to think about, make sure you’ve done your homework.Just because it’s trendy, or because other people say they do, don’t pretend to like something. If you haven’t heard of anything or don’t know what people are talking about, it’s okay to admit. Simply saying, “Oh, I don’t know what it is, tell me about it,” is so much better than agreeing to be caught later.
